Description

"NU gene synthesis", gene synthesis drug target designed in NU lab with cloned ORF DNA sequence different from their NCBI GI code DNA sequence (the same protein sequence if target gene is not truncated).

The cloned target DNA sequence has been modified according to E. coli expression machinery and target gene protein-sequence and domain predictions optimization. Some of the gene synthesis target genes are truncated to remove signal peptide.
